Experimental Artwork

Just came back from a 3-week-trip in Asia.  As usual, I have serious jet-lag issues.  Upon failing to fall asleep, I went back into my studio 2am and started experimenting with watercolor.

I have been thinking of how to break outside the thick black brush line I was used to doing.  After flipping through a lot of art books I loved (Klee, Kandinsky, Matisse, Modigliani, Cézanne, etc.), I decided to simply act on my impulse and improvise as I painted.

This was the piece I ended up with.  What do you think?

(Now, time for a good breakfast, and perhaps a little nap.)
