Today, I continue to experiment striking a good balance between "being loose" versus "too loose to be messy".
Also trying to see how much I can "abstract" a horse without loosing the message. I might have pushed it a little far on this one though; I'll dial the abstraction back in the future.
Personally, I like most galloping horse paintings prior to Muybridge's photos. I like to leave "capturing the real moment" to photography, and enjoy "capturing the essence of the experience" in drawing/painting. Don't you think four-legs-in-the-air is so much more fun? :)
