It's Legend, Cousin!

I felt like picking up a good YA last week, so I emailed good friend and bookstore owner JG for recommendations.  She suggested two titles: Marie Lu's "Legend" and John Green's "The Fault in Our Stars".


I started reading "Legend" and couldn't put it down.  It's definitely a page turner!  It's very action-oriented; it takes place in post-apocalyptic Los Angeles; it's a modern version of Les Misérables.  I like all those elements combined.

Finished the book last night, and I look forward to Book 2, releasing Jan 29, 2013 (My birthday!) :)
